No, you can't make it appear, since it's the icon for GeForce Experience, and you uninstalled this program. You have a shortcut to the nvidia control panel if you right click on your desktop. The latest version of NVIDIA’s GeForce Experience software brings a new in-game “Share” overlay that replaces the old “ShadowPlay” feature. Install GeForce Experience 3.0, sign in, and you’ll see a “Press Alt+Z to share your gameplay” popup and icons at the bottom right corner of your screen every time you launch a game.
What Are the Icons and Notification For?

These icons appear on your screen when the NVIDIA Share feature is recording your gameplay. By default, it’s always recording your gameplay for the “Instant Replay” feature.
NVIDIA’s “Instant Replay” feature automatically saves the last five minutes of your gameplay to a buffer. You can increase or decrease the number of minutes it saves, if you like. When you’re playing a game and something cool happens, you can open the overlay, click “instant Replay”, and click “Save” to save it to a file in your computer. If you don’t tell GeForce Experience to save your gameplay, nothing will ever be saved to your hard drive and the temporary buffer will be discarded.
In other words, this works just like the automatic gameplay recording feature on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles.
This isn’t the only way to record gameplay. You can disable Instant Replay and then open the overlay to use the “Record” feature only when you want to manually record something. Even if you disable the notification and icons, you can still press Alt+Z to view and use the Share overlay at any time.
How to Hide the Alt+Z Notification
To hide the “Press Alt+Z to share your gameplay” notification popup and prevent it from appearing every time you launch a game, you’ll need to use the Share overlay.
Press Alt+Z to open the Share overlay. This works even when you’re not in a game—the overlay will appear over your Windows desktop. Click the gear-shaped “Preferences” icon at the right side of the overlay.
Scroll down to the “Notifications” section and click it.
Set the “Open/close share overlay” notification to “Off”. You can then close the overlay by clicking the “x” at the top of the screen. The notification won’t appear when you launch a game in the future.
How to Hide the Overlay Icons
If you don’t want to see the icons, you have a few options. You can either disable Instant Replay entirely, or leave Instant Replay enabled and hide the overlay icons.
Option One: Disable Instant Replay
You’ll need to control these icons from the “Share” overlay. To launch it, press Alt+Z. You can also open the GeForce Experience application and click the “Share” icon to the left of your name.
The “Instant Replay” feature is the only gameplay recording feature enabled by default. If you don’t want to use Instant Replay, you can disable it. This will also cause the icons to disappear.
To disable Instant Replay, click the “Instant Replay” icon in the overlay and select “Turn Off”.
If you’ve enabled any other GeForce Experience recording features, you may have to disable them from here before the icons will vanish.
You’ll see an “Instant Replay is now off” message at the top right corner of your screen. The icons will vanish immediately if you’re controlling this setting from within a game.

GeForce Experience will remember this change, so you won’t have to make this change again for each individual game. Instant Replay will be disabled system-wide until you re-enable it.
Press Alt+Z to close the overlay and resume playing without the icons getting in the way.

Option Two: Disable the Status Overlay, Leaving Instant Replay Enabled
If you’d like to use Instant Replay or another recording feature without those on-screen icons, you can.
To do so, open the overlay with Alt+Z and then click the gear-shaped “Preferences” icon at the right side of your screen. Select “Overlays” in the menu that appears.
Select the “Status Indicator” overlay and click “Off”. The icons at the bottom right corner of your screen will immediately disappear, even if you have Instant Replay or another GeForce Experience recording feature enabled.
You can now play games without those always on-screen icons.
