Price: $50,000
The Sunshine Autos Showroom is located on the road from southern Little Havana to Viceport and Escobar Intl. Airport. When approaching it, it will be very noticeable.
Tommy buys this place off of BJ Smith, who advises to turn this place into prime land rather than an auto dealership. Tommy does have some plans in mind for it, though.
There are a number of things required for 100% Completion here...
Street Racing
If you head down to the garage bay area of Sunshine Autos, you should find a map of Vice City nearby, with a marker in front of it. This is where you can take your fastest vehicle and take a street race into your own hands.
All the competitors will drive fast vehicles, so bringing an Infernus, Cheetah or other equally fast vehicle is strongly advised. You have to pay an entry fee in order to have a shot at the competition, and if you win, your reward is several times more than the fee. If your cash flow is running dry, and if you're a good driver and street racer, this is a brilliant way to get your bank balance kicked up.
There are a total of six races:
Race #1 - Terminal Velocity
A short race around the area of Escobar Intl. Airport.
Entrance fee of $100. Reward of $500.
Race #2 - Ocean Drive
A race around the areas of Ocean Beach and eastern Washington Beach.
Entrance fee of $500. Reward of $2,000.
Race #3 - Border Run
A race through Little Havana and Little Haiti.
Entrance fee of $1,000. Reward of $4,000.
Race #4 - Capital Cruise
A race going through the main districts of the East Island.
Entrance fee of $2,000. Reward of $8,000.
Race #5 - Tour!
Gta Vice City Game Download
A race through Washington Beach and Vice Point.
Entrance fee of $5,000. Reward of $20,000.
Race #6 - V.C. Endurance
A race around the whole of the city, through all the main districts.
Entrance fee of $10,000. Reward of $40,000.
Completion of the Street Races will give you more money, obviously, and will make small baby-steps towards 100% Completion. There is one more thing to do - the main thing in terms of revenue.
The Wishlists
Near the map of Vice City, used to activate the Street Races, is a garage with a wishlist of cars next to it. You have to deliver six vehicles for each list in order to get the next list, earn revenue, and unlock a reward inside the Auto Showroom. You need to complete four lists in order to fulfil the requirements for this Asset.
Each individual vehicle will give you $500, and a complete list will award you with $20,000, as well as the bonus vehicle and the increased revenue.
List One
Esperanto - This is a long, low-rider style car. It can only be found on the streets, spawned at random, and is a rare car.
Rancher - A large SUV, not to be mistaken for the Landstalker. It can only be found on the streets, spawned at random.
Idaho - Like the Esperanto, but the design of it is lower and sleeker. It can only be found on the streets, spawned at random. More or less an uncommon vehicle.
Stallion - If you head to the multistorey car park in Ocean Beach, you should find a Stallion parked around here. One is on the top level that activates the 'Cone Crazy' side mission.
Landstalker - A smaller version of the Rancher, the Landstalker can be found parked outside the mansion on Starfish Island where the mission 'Naval Engagement' was centered around.
Blista Compact - This bears a striking similarity to the Honda CRX, and is the most rare of this list. It will spawn at complete random.
Completion of this list will generate revenue at Sunshine Autos up to $1,500 per day. A special vehicle, the Deluxo, will also spawn at the Auto Showroom.
List Two
Virgo - This is a cross between the Esperanto and the general sedan, much more compact than its counterparts. It will only generate at random.
Sentinel - This can be found inside the Auto Showroom itself as a simple default vehicle spawn. If that fails you, it is a common spawn, and not to be mistaken for its tuned-up brother, the Sentinel XS.
Washington - The FBI drive their version of this vehicle, so if you got your heat up that high, you should know the look of this four-door sedan. It will only spawn at random, and is rather uncommon.
Stretch - The limousine can be found at the Vercetti Estate. Note that it may sometimes be replaced by the Admiral, so you may have to get lucky with this spawn.
Sabre - A shouty muscle car, the Sabre can only be found at random.
Admiral - This four-door Mercedes-styled sedan can be found at the Vercetti Estate. Note that it may sometimes be replaced by the Stretch, so you may have to get lucky with this spawn.
Completion of this list will generate revenue at Sunshine Autos up to $4,000 per day. A special vehicle, the Sabre Turbo, will also spawn at the Auto Showroom.
List Three
Comet - The open-topped, old-style sports car can be found at the driveway of the beige-colored mansion on Starfish Island.
Banshee - This sports car can be found to the northwest of the Vercetti Estate, at the driveway of the mansion with the pool in the shape of the Rockstar Games logo.
Stinger - This coupe sports car can be found on the driveway of the mansion east of where the Banshee was located.
Phoenix - This old-style muscle/sports car can be found at the driveway of the brown-colored mansion in northern Starfish Island.
Cheetah - The Ferrari-type sports car can be found parked at the mansion on the north side of the southern road in Starfish Island, next to the bridge exit into Washington Beach.
Infernus - This should have caught your eye already, as it is located at the Vercetti Estate.
Completion of this list will generate revenue at Sunshine Autos up to $6,500 per day. A special vehicle, the Sandking, will also spawn at the Auto Showroom.
List Four
Caddy - The golf buggy can easily be picked up from Leaf Links Golf Club, as soon spawn on the road heading onto the bridge that goes to Little Haiti.
Voodoo - The Haitian gang vehicle has a spawn point at Auntie Poulet's kitchen in Little Haiti. If that fails you, you can find one driving in that neck of the woods.
Pizza Boy - This can be picked up from any of the three Pizza Parlors in Vice City - in western Downtown, western Little Haiti or southern Vice Point. If you get on it without completing the Pizza Delivery side mission, you will have to switch it off once you get on it.
Cuban Hermes - The Cuban gang vehicle can only be obtained from any of the Cubans seen driving one.
Baggage Handler - This can only be found circling the tarmac of Escobar Intl. Airport.
Mr. Whoopee - This can only be picked up after buying the Cherry Popper Ice Cream Factory Asset.
Completion of this list will generate revenue at Sunshine Autos up to $9,000 per day. A special vehicle, the Hotring Racer, will also spawn at the Auto Showroom.
And that's Sunshine Autos covered. You can pick up quite a bit of revenue and repeat the Street Races in order to get Tommy the funds to do whatever the hell he wants to.
