Studio One Failed To Open Microphone

Studio One Failed To Open Microphone 6,5/10 6339 votes

Hi Bopa,

Apr 15, 2016  when launching studio one 3, I get a message 'Failed to open speakers (AudioBox USB)' and 'Audio playback is disabled'. When i configure audio device, 'windows audio' is the only choice, 'audiobox usb' doesnt show up. I'm unable to get my soundcard to load in Ableton Live. It keeps giving me this error: 'Failed to open the audio device 'ASIO US-224 (16 bit)'. If I select the 24bit option it gives me the same problem. I've googled and found no help.
