I purchased a 2013 Nissan ****** from St. Charles Nissan on April 22, 2019. I took ownership of the car on April 25. It has a 3 month or 3,000 mile warranty on it. The very day I called them because I heard a strange noise coming from the car. They took the car back and found the problem and said they fixed it. I picked it up again and the same noise was coming from the engine. I took it right back. I asked them for a receipt for the parts that they used, and have not received the receipt. The finance manager said that my employment needed to be verified; he missed the deadline and called, harrassing me to have my employer call them. I told them that I wouldn't do that that was his job. They still have the car and have me in a rental. I put down $1200 on the car and have asked for the money back because I don't want to do business with them any more.…Read More

Prior to this complaint being registered, we had been in contact with *** ***** regarding the repairs on her vehicle. We stand behind our vehicles, so when her ****** was making a certain noise, we immediately brought it into the shop to diagnose, and gave her a complimentary vehicle to drive. We have had difficulty reaching her because her voicemail was not set up on her phone. We are repairing it at no cost to her. Regarding employer verification- her employer did not return phone calls to the lender and therefore we had to reach out to *** ***** to assist with her employer to cooperate in verifying her employment in order to complete her financing arrangements.
