Hi all!
I have recently installed the lastest version of after effects cs6 onto my new pc with fresh install of windows 7. When i come to launch it I get the error-

Now this error persists every time and is followed up by this error message-

The program then proceeds to force close and doesnt do anything else. My rig is as follows
AsRock Fatal1ty P67 Professional Motherboard
Intel i5 3450 CPU
EVGA GtX660ti FTW edition (Running the LATEST nVidia drivers.
EVGA supernova NEX 650g
8gb 1600MHz Corsair Vengence Ram
40gb SSD (windows only)
500gb Toshiba Sata 3 7200rpm HDD
Windows 7 Home Premium.
As I said im running the newest version of after effects from the update and I thought I would ask here as adobe have taken a week to respond and just asked me what my gpu drivers were and my gpu drivers are the nvidia 320.49 drivers.
I had this problem before when I installed it on my pc but i did a fresh install of windows and the problem still persists.
Can anyone shed any light on this for me please?
Thanks,
Matt

After too much time exaktly 18 hrs spending on net. I found the solution that i'ts not the permisions prob but the dynamic link manager it self so deam easy here is the solution.

EDIT: Just reinstalled 15.0.0, and we're back in business.

Hey there, you beautiful people, you.

So this week I've been running into this issue with After Effects 2018 (Version 15.0.1), initially where it would crash whenever it started to autosave before rendering something out. So I was like 'okay, I'll just turn that off then and see if this works.'

Progress

It didn't work.

So, I yielded. I sent a copy of the file I was working on to a friend so they could render it out themselves, and it worked out just dandy. But After Effects can be a cruel, cruel mistress.

Now whenever I even try to start up After Effects, it crashes and leaves me with this error alert, along with a notification that it autosaved my non-existent project:

These are the specs I'm running:

Right now I'm reinstalling just the base AE CC 15.0.0 to see if that'll fix anything, but I wanted to see if anyone here could help me figure out what's up.

Thanks for reading this. If you need any more info, let me know.

TL;DR: After Effects 2018 (15.0.1) initially crashed when autosaving project before rendering, now crashes on startup. Cold bluing vs hot bluing gun.
